As a Head of Talent Acquisition, you will take over the leadership of the TA team and work closely with various other stakeholders. You will define the recruiting goal and help your team thrive.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Lead, empower and inspire a fantastic Talent Acquisition Team to achieve our ambitious hiring targets.
- Implement new processes and fine-tune our current processes for recruiting that fit within the mission.
- Take care of full-cycle recruiting for executives and other key roles.
- Be a recruitment guru for hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador and help us become a recognized brand in the talent market.
- Leverage current recruiting trends to attract, hire and retain amazing talents.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Significant experience in Recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success scaling an organization.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- A ‘get stuff done attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- You are results-oriented and passionate about recruiting.
- You have no problem dealing with ambiguity.
