YOUR TASKS

  • You work directly with the founders and are involved in important strategic sales decisions.
  • You generate demand from potential and existing customers to identify, qualify and nurture opportunities.
  • You take full responsibility for the lead generation process across all channels, including relationship management with third party vendors.
  • You will learn and implement strategies that align company solutions with the client’s business needs.
  • You maintain contact through timely and accurate updates of leads and opportunities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • You deliver monthly and quarterly KPI’s for our operational performance.
  • You will assume personal responsibility for interns in your area.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are a must.
  • You have a structured and result-oriented working style.
  • You already have professional experience of at least one year in business development / sales in the industrial B2B sector.
  • You identify with a hard-work ethic and never-give-up attitude, and have a team player personality.
  • Willingness to challenge yourself and develop your skills.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Apps.
