ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
• Work in a small cross-functional team
• Collaborate with the team and customer representatives to plan projects
• Write code and review code written by others
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained
• Advise team members in their day-to-day coding tasks as well as with overall architectural decisions
• Mentor others, both junior developers on their learning paths and more experienced developers who are interested in learning about new fields


WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
• Expertise In-depth knowledge of Testing software, API design, PostgreSQL
• You have strong Golang skills, or the motivation to acquire them
• Mentoring; You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow in a supportive way
• Big-picture thinking; You collaborate with non-developers to clarify requirements and help plan projects, with an eye on the overall impact to the business & product
• A willingness to learn about and contribute to the whole stack is essential
• Empathy for your customers and your colleagues
• A team-first attitude; As a group, we strive to leave egos at home
• Willingness to contribute to an inclusive and diverse team and foster open communication

  • Proven success scaling an organization.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • A 'get stuff done attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • You are results-oriented and passionate about recruiting.
  • You have no problem dealing with ambiguity.

  • Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle
  • Discuss job profiles, define suitable sourcing channels, review applications, do active search and conduct interviews in all application phases, take care of reference checks and advise the hiring managers on the final recruitment decision
  • Be the sparring partner for our hiring managers and steer the recruiting process with know-how, advanced planning, and efficiency
  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to the recruitment of talent that will contribute to the growth of our company
  • Implement  any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting 
  • Vouch for an excellent candidate experience and ensure that the recruiting process is carried out professionally

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Solid professional experience in delivering all stages of the recruitment process, from advertisement to offer
  • A persuasive can-do mentality to identify, engage, and activate the best talent 
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and confidence working with stakeholders on all levels
  • Good networking skills
  • Great English language skills, both spoken and written
